A heads up about a cool event tonight:

 In an effort to increase public awareness and under- standing of water-boarding, Kaj Larsen had himself water- boarded, videotaped, and posted on the Internet. He investigated the practice of water-boarding, an "interrogation practice" used by the government.

Is it a legitimate technique or torture?
